We use a card on file system which makes for the easiest customer experience for billing. This saves you from possible late fees, postage, looking for invoices, and mailing checks/cash. When a quote is sent we setup your card for autopay in our system and thats it! Super easy.

Once a week we run your card for all maintenance services completed during the Sunday-Saturday period. You will receive an emailed receipt of the charges.

Nope! The quote you received for your service is what you will pay. There is no additional card processing fee added on.

Yes, we do this to simplify our billing system, allow us to operate more efficiently, and keep service costs lower.

Any card! Credit or Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or any other special ones accepted. If there is an issue with a card you’re using, we will reach out directly.

Our system tells us if a card is expiring, flagged, insufficient, or has another issue. We will then reach out to update your card on file with a new one. If you know ahead of time,  just email us and we will send a new link to update your billing card on file.

Yes. We at Kanger Lawns don't actually have access to your card number or other information except the last 4 and the expiration date. If we take your card over the phone it goes straight into our credit card processor. We use Clearent, which is certified and regulated. Clearent is one of a handful of companies that actually holds/handles the card information. We have access to run the card, but no access to or storage of the card info itself.

We will call and reach out daily to update your card on file if your current one won't process. If we cannot get ahold of you prior to your next service, we will pause service until payment is made. We do this to keep our losses down as unfortunately there are folks who never intended to pay for their services. Doing this keeps these losses for us to a minimum 1 service and keeps our overall expenses down. 

No we do not have late fees if your bill is paid during the week period we run it. If you refuse to pay we will add late fees, an hourly rate to process your invoice in small claims, a small claims case, and eventually a credit bureau if needed. But please just pay for the service you asked us for 🙂
